My Pop Surrealism museum exhibit in Colorado just got it's first review!
I haven't even seen it yet- I go for the big extravaganza June 10th...
Uh oh- cool stuff over at Apartment Therapy...like this very cool glowing bathtub!

Awhile ago I read something by T Coragessan Boyle about how we should engineer a "stool-less" cat- and maybe get to the point where we could have a "cat" that had no limbs, head, or behind, but was rather a soft round lump of purring fur.
OR- you just get one of these astounding robot cats. I need one. I NEED ONE. I felt funny inside watching the video ad- one of those moments when you see sci fi come true.

Geek Out
Oh boy- I just watched "Alien Planet" on the Discovery Channel. Do yourself a favor and watch it if you are interested in the idea of life on other planets. (I personally suspect the Universe is teeming with life). Anyway- the show is a great intro to the idea of otherworldly biology as well as the technology we would need to investigate it. The art is conceptualized by the great Wayne Barlowe, and the show itself- a fake documentary if you will, is beautifully rendered and thought out artistically.
